1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State. 2] This Court, by order dated 19th July, 2024 passed in Bail Application No.1136 of 2024, granted regular bail in favour of the applicants on the condition that they shall stay away from the village Ghumawal (Bu.), Taluka Chopda for four (4) months from the date of their release. Time period will expire after two days and the applicants wish to cast their votes in the ensuing elections.

4306.24APPLN 3] In view of the same, clause no. (ii) (b) of the order dated 19.07.2024 stands modified and the applicants are permitted to visit their village Ghumawal (Bu.), Taluka Chopda.
