The applicants seek review of the order dated 06.09.2017.

Mr. Brahme, learned counsel for applicants submits that the land of the petitioners was reserved in the development plan of the year 1986 and subsequently in the year 1997. There is nothing to show that additional area for which the development plan came into effect from 11.09.2006. The learned counsel submits that the information is sought by the applicants from the Municipal Council, however, the respondents have not supplied the same.

We can consider the review application, if there is an error apparent on the face of record. There is nothing before us to suggest that the land of the petitioner was not included in the final development plan which came into effect from 11.09.2006, as was contended by the respondents in the writ petition.

In absence of any document before us, it would not be possible to appreciate the contention of the applicants.

In light of the above, review application is disposed of. No costs.
