The petitioner's licence under the Maharashtra State of Commerce Education (Typing, Shorthand and Diploma Courses) Recognition and Conduct Rules, (amended) 2023 has been suspended by the impugned order for a period of three years with effect from 30.09.2023. Admittedly, the petitioner has preferred an appeal as is contemplated under Rule 6.5. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to prosecute the statutory remedy and directing the respondent No.1 either to decide the appeal within four weeks or else pass appropriate order on the petitioner's application seeking interim relief within two weeks.
