Learned Counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that in the companion appeals, this Court has passed the order

{2} 971 CA 13564 OF 2018 & ORS. dated 11.10.2018. Copy of the said order is tendered across the bar.

In view of above, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. II) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount on furnishing solvent security in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

III) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeals.

IV) Applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
