Learned APP submits that non-bailable warrants have been issued by the Trial Court against the applicants on account of their failure to remain present.

The conduct of the applicants clearly indicates that they are not abiding by the terms and conditions of bail and are not co-operating with the Trial Court proceedings.

In such circumstances, we do not want to exercise our inherent powers under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., in favour of the persons who are not abiding by the law. Accordingly, the Criminal Application stands rejected.
