Mr. Raut, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, submits that, the petitioner is challenging advertisement, wherein the respondent No. 4 was selected and appointed, but the respondent No. 4 did not join. Therefore, fresh selection process is initiated and advertisement is issued. The petitioner can apply pursuant to the fresh selection process.

In view of the fact that, already fresh selection process is initiated for the post for which the petitioner had applied, we need not consider now the matter on merits. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
