During the pendency of the appeal, the appellant Nos. (i) to (vii) and respondent Nos. 1/B/1 to 1/B/4 entered into compromise. Accordingly, they entered into compromise terms identified as 'X". Those compromise terms vide order dated 07.10.2024 were referred to the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification of the contents. Accordingly, the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court submitted his report dated 07.10.2024 by mentioning that the parties have voluntarily entered into compromise terms (X). The name of
