Mr Patil submits that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the Government has issued Government Resolution dated 13.3.2018 and has relaxed the condition of obtaining no objection certificate. Learned Counsel submits that all these petitioners are employees of higher secondary school. Their proposals seeking approval to the appointments are rejected on the ground that prior permission is not taken.

The Deputy Director of Education may reconsider the proposals of the petitioners seeking approval to their appointments. It shall consider all other aspects of the matter including the Government Resolution dated 13.3.2018. While considering the said proposals afresh, the impugned order would not be an impediment and the same shall be considered on its own merits considering all the Government Resolutions, expeditiously and preferably within three months.

Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
