The revision filed by the petitioner was decided in favour of the predecessor in title of the petitioner thereby setting aside the mutation entry nos. 1253 and 1332. The revenue authority has cancelled the mutation entry nos. 1257 and 1332, but has not cancelled the mutation entry no. 1340.

The learned Addl. G. P. submits that, in such circumstances the petitioner can approach the committee constituted under the circular dated 13.02.2015.

In case, there is no other impediment and/or prohibitory orders after the judgment passed in revision by the Additional Commissioner,

2 945-wp 13730-2021.odt then the petitioner may approach the committee constituted under the circular dated 13.02.2015 with grievance of the revenue officer not acting in accordance with the judgment. The committee may consider the said application of the petitioner and take appropriate steps expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of application of the petitioner.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
