By this application, the applicants are praying to relax the conditions imposed by the learned Tribunal thereby directing fixed deposit of certain amounts of share of the applicants and permit her to withdraw the same.

Mr. Dhage, the learned advocate appearing for the applicants submits that the applicants have already filed an application before the Tribunal for similar relief, however, such application is kept pending. Therefore, he requires to move this Court for passing the necessary orders.

Since the conditions are imposed by the Tribunal, it would be proper for the Tribunal to consider the prayers of the applicants to relax the conditions. If such application is pending, that shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from today. 4.
