When this Court has shown its disinclination to grant relief to the applicant No.1, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application to the extent of applicant No.1. Hence, application stands dismissed as withdrawn to the extent of applicant No.1.

Applicant Nos. 2 and 3 are females. They apprehend arrest in connection with Crime No. 87/2023 registered with Malakoli Police Station, District Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149 of IPC. 935.aba1624.23.odt

In the first information report except for the allegation that they used fist and kick blows to cause assault on female witnesses, there is no allegation against them that they were arm or use any weapon to cause assault. Having regard these facts, nothing is to be recovered at their instance. They are ladies. There are no criminal history against them. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of interim order dated 18th October, 2023 to their extent.
