Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

Perused the application. The Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and 'B'. The writ petition which was dismissed for non-prosecution as against respondent no.10 is restored. Issue notice to respondent no.10 in writ petition returnable on 3 January 2019. In addition, the petitioner will serve notice to respondent no.10 by way of private notice and file affidavit of service

within a period of four weeks. If, the petitioner does not take steps to supply copy or does not file affidavit of service, the earlier order dismissing the petition as against respondent no.10 shall stand revived.
