Petitioner claims to have filed application with the Commissioner on 23.09.2019 and within seven days has approached this Court.

We are not going to encourage such practice and entertain the petitions.

As per the Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019, the petitioner can approach the Chief Executive Officer raising grievance about her transfer.

In case, such application is filed by the petitioner, the Chief Executive Officer shall decide it within a period of four weeks from
