This Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 11.01.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.484 of 2024, by which the competent authority was directed to decide the proceedings on or before 31.03.2024.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner that the concerned authority i.e. Respondent No. 2 did not adhere to the timeline and decided the proceedings belatedly and, therefore, has committed contempt.

Learned AGP for the Respondent/State submits that, Respondent No. 2 has tendered unconditional apology for delay in
