During hearing of the petition, learned AGP points out that, in the affidavit-in-reply filed by Anil Gangaram Patil, in-charge Special Auditor Class-2, Co-operative Societies, Jalgaon has made a statement that test audit is in progress and it would be completed upto June, 2024.

Present petition has been filed for following relief :- "A.

By way of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order, the respondent no.3 may please be directed to thoroughly complete the audit within stipulated period of time (i.e. within three months) or as early as possible, as per order dated 2.9.2022 (Exh.F) passed by the respondent no.2." 3.

In view of the said statement on oath, which is now taken as an undertaking, the petition can be disposed off. Accordingly, it is disposed off.
