The petitioner's grievance is voiced in the representation dated 12.10.2022 addressed to respondent No.2. Within 30 days, this petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus.

An issue pertaining to earlier service from 15.06.2012 till 14.06.2015 and an approval granted on 28.12.2017, without approaching the authorities, is brought before this Court in this petition filed on 14.11.2022.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We expect respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2022, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31.01.2023. 5.

In the event, the petitioner has not put forth any representation seeking modification of the approval dated 28.12.2017, he is at liberty to do so and if such representation is filed within six weeks from today, we expect the concerned authority to deal with such representation, on it's own merits, within eight weeks thereafter.
