It is an application for restoration of the writ petition, registration of which has been refused for non-removal of the office objections, with a prayer to condone the delay. The learned AGP has already waived service for respondent no.1 and 4. Though the respondent no.2 and 3 have been duly served, but have not appeared. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed subject to the condition that the office objections would now be removed within three weeks.
