The Petitioner Nos.1) Mahesh Laxmanrao Tambhale, 2) Prashant Ramesh Fulpagare, 3)Shoaib Ahmed Shikh Abdullah, 7), Imran Kauser Mohammed Azad, 8) Huma Kausar Mohammad, 9) Sarfaraz Kha Mangu Kha Tadvi and 10) Nadeem Hakeem Khatik are either Graduate + B.Ed qualified or C-TET qualified. They have appeared for TAIT Examination.

As has been held by us in our order dated 14th September, 2023 delivered in Writ Petition No. 8534 of 2023 ( Hina Kausar Mohammad Riyaz Vs. State of Maharashtra & others) with connected matters, those candidates who are not TET qualified but are Graduate+ B.Ed. or C-TET qualified, are eligible to appear for the TAIT Exam.

Hence, for the reasons recorded in the said order, this Petition is disposed off with leave to these Petitioners to submit their e-mails for registering themselves on the Portal, on the e-mail address "edupavitra2022@gmail.com".

Insofar as the Petitioner Nos. 4) Shaikh Vajid Shaikh Hisamu, 5)Shaikh Zameer Shaikh Khalil and 6) Najmussahar Sayyed Yusuf are concerned, they are admittedly neither Graduate + B.Ed nor C-TET qualified. In fact, they are the candidates whose TET examination results have been cancelled since they were noticed to be the persons involved in the TET Scam of the State of Maharashtra. By cancelling their results, criminal investigation has also been commenced. Until the cancellation of their result is not interfered with and until their TET result is not restored, they would not be qualified to appear for the TAIT Examination.
