Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP appearing for the respondent/State. There is innocuous prayer in the petition in as much as direction is sought to respondent No.2 to decide proposal submitted to respondent No.2 (Exh."C"), in respect of granting approval to the post of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak. We direct respondent No.2 to take decision on said proposal, if already not taken, on its own merit, keeping in view the provisions of section 5 of the MEPS Act, 1977 and the copies of documents annexed with the said proposal, as expeditiously as possible, however, within 10 weeks from today and communicate said decision to respondent Nos.3 and 4.
