Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the recommendation by the Education Officer and Deputy Director of Education for conversion to unaided in stead of self-finance basis, no decision is being taken by the respondent no. 1 on the proposal received (Exhibit - D) dated 20.06.2018.

We dispose of the petition by directing the respondent no. 1 to take appropriate decision in accordance with the law and policy on the proposal dated 20.06.2018 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four months.
