The petition is filed to challenge the process of selection of persons to render service of artificial insemination of animal. The persons were to be appointed on the contract basis and submissions made show that persons were to work up to the year 2012. Thus, the period for which appointment was to be made is over. The proceeding has become infructuous. Disposed of as infructuous.
