This is an application for setting aside order dated 29.9.2014 passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of the petition on account of failure to remove office objections and so also for condonation of delay in preferring the application. 2.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, the application is allowed. Delay condoned. The order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the petition is quashed and set aside and the petition is restored to its original number. 3.

Applicant shall remove the office objections within a period of four weeks from today.
