The learned advocate for the respondent - Zilla Parishad tenders across the bar a screenshot of the account of Gram Panchayat prima facie showing that the payment to the Petitioner has been initiated on 13.12.2023. Since the Petitioner has been claiming to have completed the work allotted to him in the tender process but was not being paid. Once the payment has been initiated, nothing survives. If at all the petitioner does not receive anything, it would always be open for the Petitioner to re-agitate.
