Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 52 days caused in filing the application for leave to file appeal by private party. Perused the application.

The learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposes the application.

For the reasons stated in the application and considering the period of delay, it appears that the delay is not caused deliberate and intentionally. The delay deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the delay stands condoned. The application is allowed.
