Parties have filed settlement terms in their Civil Application No. 11004 o 2025. They were referred to the Registrar (Judicial) for verification and identification. Accordingly a report is submitted.

I have gone through the report. I have also gone through the contents of the settlement by the parties. The parties, who are not present today are being represented by the attornies, who are present.

With the assistance of the learned counsel I have verified the identification of the parties present today. I find no difficulty in permitting the parties to settle the matter. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. The civil application is disposed of.

Second appeal is disposed of in view of the settlement terms, which are at Exhibit - A. A decree shall be drawn up accordingly. The terms of settlement shall be part and parcel of the decree.
