Though respondent No.4 is served, none appears for respondent No.4 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the award under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is passed. However, as yet, amount of the compensation is not paid. 3.

In case the award U/S. 28-A of the L.A. Act, 1894 is passed in favour of the petitioner and the same is not stayed, then the respondents shall pay the amount of compensation to the petitioner as per the entitlement pursuant to the award passed on

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
