During the course of hearing, it has been transpired that in the last round of recruitment, the petitioner did not apply. Hence, there is no question to consider her for the last time. However, she is qualified by all means. She may participate in the next round as the respondents are agreeable that she is entitled to participate for the next round on the merit.
