MARCH 06, 2025 ORDER :- This Contempt Petition was filed for non-compliance of the order dated 15.01.2024 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.1511 of 2016. Learned AGP for respondent nos.3 and 4 submits that the order is complied with. She invites our attention to the afÏdavit of respondent nos.3 and 4 and tenders across the bar a copy of the challan, showing that the amount of Rs.69,203/- has been deposited in the account of the petitioner. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
