After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent State and after having gone through the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1 Udgir dated 19.10.2022, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the bail. Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with request to direct the learned Sessions Judge to expedite the matter. 2.

Considering the order dated 19.10.2022, it appears that the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1 Udgir himself expedited the matter, therefore, the request to expedite the matter does not survive. 3.
