The writ petition is filed challenging the order of refusal to grant interim relief.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose would be served if the main proceedings pending before the learned Additional Commissioner, Nashik is decided within four weeks from today.

The learned counsels for respondents have no objection. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. The learned Additional Commissioner, Nashik is requested to decide the appeal preferred under Section 16 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act bearing Grampanchayat Appeal No.61 of 2024 within four weeks from today.
