The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, Criminal Misc. Application No.402/2014 came to be disposed off by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chalisgaon pending the present Criminal Writ Petition and thus the cause for filing present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. The learned counsel submits that, the petitioners may be granted liberty to challenge the Judgment and order passed in Criminal Misc Application No.402/2014 before the Sessions Court.

Writ Petition is disposed off as infructuous with the liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chalisgaon, dated 11.5.2016 in Criminal Misc Application No.402/2014 before the appropriate Court.
