These are applications filed by the respective claimants for condonation of delay of 73 days caused in filing the respective First Appeals against the judgment and order dated 02.05.2022 passed by learned Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division, Dhule in respective Land Acquisition References.

Learned counsel for respondent no.3 opposed the applications stating that delay is not properly explained. It is further submitted that, if at all this Court is inclined to condone the delay, the statutory benefits may not be granted for the period of delay.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications and in the interest of justice, delay is required to be condoned. Accordingly, applications are allowed. Delay stands condoned on the condition that the applicants shall not be entitled for the interest for the period of delay. The applications are accordingly disposed off. 4.

Appeals be registered. On registration of appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 30.09.2025. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2 in all Appeals. Learned counsel Mr. A. D. Pawar waives service of notice for respondent no.3 in FAST/30210/2022 and FAST/30208/2022.
