The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that deficit court fee of Rs.2125/- will be deposited within two weeks. 2.

The Petitioners have put-forth prayer clauses (B) and (C) as under:

(B) The respondent Sub-Divisional Officer Gangakhed may kindly be directed to consider and decide the application filed by the petitioners u/s 28 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 Exhibit-B collectively as per the Judgment and Order passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division Gangakhed in LAR No. 14/2023 dated 13/12/2019.

(C) The respondent Sub-Divisional Officer, Gangakhed may kindly be directed to give opportunity of being heard to the petitioners while passing the final award on the application filed by the

48wp12670-23 petitioners u/s 28 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 Exhibit-B collectively as per the Judgment and Order passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division Gangakhed in LAR No. 14/2023 dated 13/12/2019 3.

The learned AGP appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 5 submits that Respondent No.3 would decide the application on its own merits and in the light of the judgment referred to in the prayer clauses, within a particular time frame. 4.
