Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and AGP for respondent/State.

Section 19 notification was issued, however, it contained certain shortfalls. The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that now the proposal has been prepared and is pending with the District Collector for sanction.

In view of the above, we expect the District Collector, Jalna, to issue appropriate orders on the said proposal by following the due procedure, within thirty (30) days from today. Thereafter, in view of the earlier direction set out by this court in its order dated

2 WP12788.2023.odt 19.08.2022 in Writ Petition No. 12477 of 2021, the competent authority shall pass the award within 45 days thereafter. The payment of the award amount shall be made without further delay. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed off.
