The School Tribunal has specifically directed the management, vide judgment dated 28.03.2023 delivered in Appeal No.37 of 2019, more specifically Clause (4), to pay subsistence allowance as per the Rules. It is specifically mentioned that Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 will be liable to pay the said subsistence allowance.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would withdraw this Petition and take a recourse to the provisions of the M.E.P.S. Act, 1977 for seeking execution of the said direction of the School Tribunal.
