Perused the report dated 07.03.2016 received from the Police Station, Vaijapur alongwith death certificate in respect of respondent/accused i.e. Ranjit Namdeo Pawar. As per the report and the death certificate said respondent expired on 22.01.2016. The appellant has preferred the appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal passed by the trial Court.

In view of the death certificate of sole respondent/accused no cause survives to proceed with the appeal. Hence Appeal stands disposed of as abated.
