Mr. Irpatgire, learned counsel for petitioner submits that proposal for approval to the appointment of the petitioner on grant-in-aid post is pending with Education Officer (Primary) and the same is not decided as yet.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

In case, the proposal is submitted by the Headmaster, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on aided post and the same is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law preferably within a period of eight (08) months from the date of receipt of this order.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
