ORDER :

The applications are filed for setting aside the order of dismissal made by this Court on 20.8.2014. Both the sides are heard. It appears that the direction given to the appellant to deposit paper book was not complied with and so, the three appeals were dismissed. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for applicants and as the learned counsel has taken blame to herself, this Court holds that order needs to be set aside by condoning delay, if any.

In the result, the order of dismissal is set aside. Matters are restored to its original numbers. Delay, if any, is condoned. Paper book is to be supplied prior to 4.3.2016. [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
