PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent No.5 committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal, in respect of the petitioner, pending with respondent No.5 committee, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed. In the meanwhile, no adverse action be taken against the petitioner, on the ground of her failure to submit validation certificate. It would be open for the authority to take appropriate action depending upon the decision in respect of verification of tribe certificate of the petitioner, pending with respondent No.5 committee. Writ petition is disposed of.
