Learned advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the impugned order of the School Tribunal is being complied with by the respondent and he is being reinstated. He further submits on instructions that till today the respondent / management has not challenged the judgment of the Tribunal dated 25/08/2016 delivered in his Appeal No. 28/2013.

He, therefore, submits on instructions that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum, in the event, there is any fresh cause of action.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
