Respondent is at liberty to withdraw the amount of Rs.40,000/- deposited by the appellants pursuant to order dated 29th March, 2016, subject to furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) and a surety of like amount and filing an undertaking to the effect that in case the appeal is allowed and the decree is reversed, the defendant - plaintiff would forthwith deposit the withdrawn amount with interest @ 6% p.a. from the date of withdrawal. 2.

Civil application stands disposed of.
