Considering the reasons set out in the application and the grounds raised for filing review, the civil application is allowed. The delay in the review application is condoned by directing the applicants to deposit costs of Rs.100/- per applicant in the review petition, to be deposited with the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, at Aurangabad.
