The petitioner is challenging the order of invalidation. 2.

The matter is being heard finally at the admission of stage with consent of the parties.

Admittedly, the petitioner's real brother - Rohit Rajesh Bhange was held entitled to have a certificate of validity in Writ Petition No.210/2021 by the order dated 08.01.2021, subject to the final outcome of the matters which the Committee, even in his matter, had decided to reopen and re-scrutinize, in respect of the validity holders.

In the light of above, the writ petition is partly allowed. The

2 965.WP-11692-2024.doc impugned order dated 10.10.2024 is quashed and set aside. The Scrutiny Committee shall immediately issue validity certificate to the petitioner as belonging to Koli Mahadev scheduled tribe. The validity shall be co-terminus with the validities of earlier validity holders. 5.

The petitioner shall not claim equities.
