PER COURT :- Te learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing the matter for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition, as he states that he will file a purshis before the learned Civil Judge requesting the learned Civil Judge to permit the petitioner to adopt the say filed by the petitioners to the application for temporary injunction as a written statement. Te learned judge will decide such application after hearing both the sides. With this liberty, Writ Petition is disposed of.

As far as the counter claim is concerned, it is open to the petitioners to adopt such remedies that may be available in law regarding the same.
