This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.128 of 2021 registered with Rajur Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The applicant is alleged to have assaulted the informant with knife. Learned APP urged for rejection of the application, since the nature of injuries suffered is serious one.

Perused the FIR and gone through the injury certificate. Considered the submissions advanced by learned APP. 5.

The victim has been discharged from the hospital on 17.08.2021. The investigation in the crime is over. Charge sheet has been filed. It will take time for commencement and conclusion of the trial. The applicant is 23 years of age. In the circumstances, the application for bail deserves to be allowed. 6.

Hence, the following order :- (i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.128 of 2021 registered with Rajur Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code (iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
