This Court has already passed an order in Writ Petition No. 6601 of 2010, dt. 19.07.2012, directing the respondents to take fresh decision upon the proposal submitted by the Management seeking approval to the services of the petitioner within four months. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as yet the decision has not been taken by the respondents.

In that event, the petitioner can avail the remedy of contempt. Accoding to the learned counsel, the limitation to file contempt would be one year.

It needs no clarification that the High Court is a court of record and no limitation applies for filing contempt petition of the orders of this Court. When this Court has already passed an order, it is not necessary to always pass such orders in writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. [ ANIL S. KILOR ] [ S. V.
