1] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the change report was accepted and that the affidavits / no objections were already filed by the respondents herein in the Change Report No.1284/2025 before the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Beed under Section 22 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act and by order dated 12.09.2025 the Deputy Charity Commissioner passed the order, accepting change report No.1284/2025. He further submits that despite earlier consent and no objection, the respondent nos. 2 to 8 filed Misc. Inquiry No. 1471/2025 before the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Beed, alleging forged signatures and on the same day i.e. on 16.09.2025, without giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, the Deputy Charity Commissioner has stayed its

12326.25WP own order dated 12.09.2025 and without giving notice to the respondents in Misc. Inquiry No.1471 of 2025, the impugned order dated 16.09.2025 is passed. He further submits that the day to day functioning of the trust has become difficult on account of interim order passed by the Deputy Charity Commissioner.

2] Considering the submissions, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the Deputy Charity Commissioner for appropriate direction to day to day functioning of the trust. If such application is filed by the petitioners, the Deputy Charity Commissioner would decide the same in accordance with law, without being influenced by the observations of this Court or any other authority. 3] With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
