This petition is at pre notice stage. By an order dated 13th September, 2023, the petitioner is granted liberty to move an application for amendment.

In view of the above, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of the proposed amendment viz. addition of prayer Clause A-1. Amendment be carried out within 10 days, if not already carried out. ORDER IN THE WRIT PETITION 3.

Considering the leave granted by this Court to add prayer clause A-1, issue notice to the Respondents in the Writ Petition, returnable on 31st October, 2023.
