By this petition, the petitioner seeks to challenge the attachment warrant dated 26/06/2013 in Regular Darkhast No. 8/2006.

I have gone through the prayer clause and have verified from the petitioner, who confirms that the attachment warrant is dated 26/06/2013. I am, therefore, not entertaining this petition since the petitioner is a judgment debtor and the Regular Darkhast is of 2006.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner points out prayer clause 'B' and prays for staying the said panchanama. I have perused prayer clause 'B' alongwith the document at page

16. It is simply a report submitted by the Assistant Superintendent of the Civil Court and is not an order passed by any Judge in the execution proceeding.

Considering the above and also keeping in view that the attachment warrant dated 26/06/2013 is sought to be challenged on 17/10/2018, this petition is not entertained and, therefore, disposed off.
