Mr. Pandit, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has made representation in October, 2016 with regard to the voters being included in the voters list. However, no cognizance is taken of the same.

We have heard learned learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

It does not appear that provisional voters list is published. After the provisional list is published, the persons interested have got right to raise objection to the provisional voters list and decision on the same can be subject matter of further challenge. 4.

It appears that provisional voters list is not yet published. The petitioner may approach the 1/2

34.odt authority with his objection with regard to the provisional votes list and if some orders are passed therein, can assail the same in appropriate proceedings.

With the aforesaid observations, writ petition disposed of. No costs.
